Company Changes Name to C7 Data Centers, Inc.

SALT LAKE CITY, UT- January 6, 2009 - Center 7, Inc., the leading provider of colocation, virtualization and disaster recovery solutions in the Intermountain West, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Tier Four, Inc., a well-known and trusted provider of colocation services. The company also announced a corporate name change from Center 7, Inc. to C7 Data Centers, Inc. (C7).

The combination of C7's purpose-built facilities and Tier Four's data center locations provides a proven suite of power, bandwidth, and cooling offerings for prospects and existing customers. With multiple data centers in the Salt Lake City Metro area, C7 now has the floor space to accommodate market demand and will continue to meet the data protection needs of customers of all sizes and at a broad range of attractive price points.
