QUEST AND C7 SIGN COLOCATION AND DISASTER RECOVERY AGREEMENT

SACRAMENTO, CA - May 12, 2009 - Quest, a nationwide business technology management firm offering a full spectrum of data center products and services and C7 Data Centers (C7), the leading provider of data center solutions in the Intermountain West, today announced the signing of a multi-year agreement to pool their mutual facilities and services to provide enhanced colocation and business continuance solutions.

With C7's four data centers and Quest's two data centers, as well as facilities in AZ, NV, ID & HI, customers have the ability to secure and access their data at geographical disparate locations. Both partners' disaster recovery customers will be able to quickly and confidently recover from natural disasters and IT emergencies.

Quest's CEO, Tim Burke states, "Quest has a long history of successfully partnering with vendors and industry partners alike and working with C7 makes perfect sense as it enhances the choices of data centers available to its customers with a strong, stable and well-managed data center infrastructure."

A complete disaster recovery solution requires more than just simple data backup and recovery. Quest and C7 customers needing disaster recovery and colocation services will benefit from the data replication, redundant networks, power, and cooling systems at both partners' data centers.

"Providing colocation and disaster recovery options to our customers is important to C7's growth," said Nathan Hatch, President and CEO, C7. "We are pleased to work with Quest to offer these services to C7 customers. Quest's management group has a proven record of success and we are confident their facilities and services meet the standards required by C7 and its customers."
