C7 Data Centers and AtTask Sign Multi-Year Colocation Agreement

Salt Lake City, UT – June 8, 2010 – C7 Data Centers, Inc. (C7), a national provider of colocation, disaster recovery and virtualization solutions, announced today that AtTask, Inc. has completed migration of their production site to a C7 Data Centers SAS 70 Type II facility. This migration ensures the highest levels of reliability and security for AtTask’s critical data.

“Moving data centers can be a difficult process. However, moving to C7 has proven to be a seamless and smooth transition,” said Otto Silva, director of IT operations, AtTask, Inc. “The company’s staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend C7 personnel and their facilities.”

C7 recently completed the SAS 70 Type II audit of their control objectives and control activities for its Lindon facilities. SAS 70 is a widely recognized auditing standard and a Type II certification demonstrates an establishment of the SAS 70 Type I controls.

“We appreciate the opportunity to help AtTask with their data center migration to a SAS 70 Type II facility,” added Nathan Hatch, President and CEO, C7. “We continue to attract customers nationally and we remain focused on building customer loyalty by providing the highest levels of customer service, security and data center performance.”
