Company Changes Name to C7 Data Centers, Inc.
SALT LAKE CITY, UT- January 6, 2009 - Center 7, Inc., the leading provider of colocation, virtualization and disaster recovery solutions in the Intermountain West, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Tier Four, Inc., a well-known and trusted provider of colocation services. The company also announced a corporate name change from Center 7, Inc. to C7 Data Centers, Inc. (C7).
The combination of C7′s purpose-built facilities and Tier Four’s data center locations provides a proven suite of power, bandwidth, and cooling offerings for prospects and existing customers.
